Order Process & Contract Formation

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
• We will confirm your order via email, but acceptance occurs only when we dispatch your goods.
• If a pricing error is discovered after order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

Pricing & Payment

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• We accept major debit/credit cards. Alternative payment methods may be available at checkout.

Delivery Terms

• Goods are delivered to the address specified in your order.
• Someone must be present to accept delivery.
• If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, we will notify you to arrange an alternative date.
• Large orders exceeding 120kg may require specialized delivery arrangements and additional charges.
• If an incorrect address is provided, you must contact us before 1 PM on the day of purchase to update it. After this time, changes may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

• You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return goods.
• Returns must be made within 14 days with all original packaging and documentation.
• Refunds are issued within 30 days upon receiving returned goods.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
