At Pick N Save Supermarkets Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with a product, we are happy to assist with a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- The package must be in its original state, unopened, along with the invoice.
- The return process depends on the nature of the product. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Care Team before initiating a return.

- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using Royal Mail tracked service for safe delivery.

Refund Process & Options
- Standard Refund: Processed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
- Discount Code: If preferred, we can issue a discount code for the refund amount, provided on the same day for a quicker resolution.
We encourage customers to opt for the discount code for a faster claim process.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. You may use any reliable courier service to return the product.
