Refund & Return Policy

At Pick N Save Supermarkets Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with a product, we are happy to assist with a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • The package must be in its original state, unopened, along with the invoice.
  • The return process depends on the nature of the product. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Care Team before initiating a return.

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using Royal Mail tracked service for safe delivery.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly.

Refund Process & Options

  • Standard Refund: Processed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Discount Code: If preferred, we can issue a discount code for the refund amount, provided on the same day for a quicker resolution.

We encourage customers to opt for the discount code for a faster claim process.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. You may use any reliable courier service to return the product.
