Deliveries will be made by the **Carrier** to the address provided in your order. Please ensure that **someone is present** to accept the delivery.
If you have specified delivery instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place, the **Carrier** will follow these instructions. However, neither the Carrier nor Pick N Save Supermarkets shall be held liable should the order go missing, in whole or in part.
If we are unable to deliver your goods within **30 days** of your order date, we will notify you via email to arrange a new delivery date.
Orders **may be delivered in instalments** if certain items are unavailable at the same time.
